24/7 Dad is an evidence-based curriculum* used nationwide to enhance dads’ knowledge, behavior, and skills. It focuses on nurturing as a learned skill, covering communication, work-life balance, fatherhood roles, co-parenting, men’s health, and emotional management.

On My Shoulders

This hands-on curriculum for fathers focuses on effective parenting tools and relationships. Workshops build practical skills, strengthen father-child bonds, address emotional regulation, and promote mindful choices, including co-parenting for the children’s benefit.

PREP 8.0

This research-based, interactive curriculum* is designed to enhance essential relationship skills through activities and discussions. Focused on 3 Keys for Healthy Relationships, it strengthens communication, increases conflict resolution, prioritizes safety, encourages intentional decision-making, and builds personal agency.

Within My Reach

This flexible, research-based curriculum* covers communication, conflict management, emotional regulation, expectations, and relationship choices. Initially developed for Oklahoma TANF clients, WMR now serves a wide range of audiences, offering skills for various relationships.

Co-Regulation

Co-regulation is the process where caring adults use supportive relationships to promote self-regulation through coaching, modeling, feedback, and structured environments. This training demonstrates how integrating co-regulation into service delivery can enhance outcomes. Participants will learn actionable skills for various situations and populations.

Family-Centered Coaching

Developed by the Prosperity Agenda, this training offers a comprehensive collection of strategies, tools, and resources to help human service organizations reimagine their engagement with families experiencing poverty. The approach is holistic, fluid, participant-led, and integrated. Working in partnership with families to address their needs and pursue their goals significantly increases long-term success.

Hope Awareness

Learn about the transformative power of hope and discover actionable strategies and tools to elevate your organization. Empower staff, front-line workers, and leaders to cultivate hope, reducing employee burnout and enhancing client outcomes.

Motivational Interviewing

This evidence-based approach offers strategies and essential tools to facilitate meaningful behavior change and achieve positive outcomes for participants and clients.

Connector (Virtual)

This training equips individuals to strengthen communities through connections and referrals. Participants learn the Familyhood framework, the Connector role and advocacy strategies. The session covers available curricula, professional development opportunities, and guidance for using the service delivery map to link individuals to local resources.
